Albertelli Law (ALAW) seeks an associate attorney to support its Kentucky practice. The role requires strong experience in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors’ rights, along with active Kentucky Bar membership.

The ideal candidate will manage matters with our case management system, communicate effectively with clients, and be willing to travel for court appearances. This is a collaborative, client‑focused environment offering growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a member in good standing of the Kentucky State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice.
• Willingness to proactively use the firm’s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters with a strong civil procedure foundation.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice generally.
• Court appearances and some travel will be required.
• Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kentucky practice for a multi-state real estate and creditors' rights firm.
• Actively manage assigned matters with firm software and strong civil procedure knowledge.
• Appear in court as needed and travel as required.
• Communicate proactively with clients and provide superior client service.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff.
