Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on creditor rights, mortgage, and loan servicer matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents to protect clients' interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case prep and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys to coordinate complex litigation matters.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting creditor rights.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
