Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Overland Park, KS seeks an Associate Attorney to join a high‑volume practice handling foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. You will represent financial institutions, manage case workflows, draft motions and pleadings, and appear in court both in person and virtually.

Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania with 3+ years of creditors’ rights experience; bankruptcy or foreclosure exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania (required).
• 3+ years of experience in creditors' rights preferred.
• Experience in bankruptcy or foreclosure.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
