Job Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Boston, MA

Salary Rate: $160,000 - $175,000

My client is a well-respected firm in Boston, MA . We are seeking an attorney with experience in corporate transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years . If that sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Do

• Advise businesses through all stages of growth, from formation to exit.
• Work directly with business owners and leadership teams on a range of legal and strategic matters, including:
• Corporate governance
• Commercial contracts
• Strategic partnerships
• Executive recruitment and incentive structures
• Private financing rounds
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel across a variety of industries.
• Collaborate in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote, subject to business needs).
  

Skills Required

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate/transactional law, ideally in a law firm setting.
• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Strong drafting skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with excellent organizational and technology skills.
• Proven ability to interact directly with clients and manage relationships.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Experience in commercial real estate (acquisitions, leasing, financing) is a plus.
