Responsibilities include advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (including asset and stock transactions, due diligence, and related negotiations), debt and equity financings (including venture capital, convertible debt and bank financings), securities law compliance (including private offerings), and commercial law and contracting. The successful candidate will join a terrific team committed to providing excellent representation and client service.
RequirementsJuris Doctor (J.D.) licensed to practice in MA and/or NH with a minimum of three years of relevant experience as part of a sophisticated corporate practice, with a strong understanding of basic legal concepts relating to corporate transactions, entity formation, venture capital financing, private offerings and related state and federal securities laws. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
