Duties:

  • Provide legal services to construction industry clients, including governance, insolvency, and closely held corporations.
  • Advise on company formation, buy-ins, buy-outs, shareholder agreements, and LLC agreements.
  • Negotiate and review contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
  • Manage small to mid-sized matters independently or contribute to larger transactions.
  • Assist with joint ventures and business relationships.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop strategies.
  • Lead and support client meetings and provide legal counsel.
  • Draft and review business agreements and documents.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years in corporate law, focusing on construction industry clients.
  • Experience in governance, insolvency, joint ventures, and closely held corporations.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively.
