gpac in Austin is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation team. You will work directly with the partner leading the practice, handling matters across construction, real estate, business, and general civil litigation, with meaningful mentorship in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Texas Bar admission.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from development through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
• Work directly with clients ranging from large companies to small businesses and individuals.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on practical legal strategies.
