gpac is seeking an experienced General Civil Litigation Attorney in the Boston area to join a growing law practice. The attorney should be comfortable managing cases independently, with flexibility and meaningful incentive compensation.

The position emphasizes hybrid work with low billable requirements, substantial autonomy, and direct client responsibility, offering a base salary with growth opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong background in tort litigation.
• Experience handling insurance coverage, real estate disputes, and/or business litigation is preferred.
• Ability to run cases independently, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Massachusetts bar admission in good standing.
• Strong writing, analytical, and client-management skills.
