The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to take meaningfulownership of cases, work directly with clients, independently managesignificant portions of matters, and continue developing as a well-roundedlitigator while collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy, complexmatters, and professional development.
The attorney may work on matters involving:
Real estate litigation, Construction andconstruction-defect disputes, Business and commercial litigation, Contractdisputes, Partnership and ownership conflicts, Employment-related litigation, Defamationmatters, Landlord-tenant and property disputes, pre-litigation demands andnegotiations & General civil litigation
Experience in every practice area is notrequired—strong civil litigation experience, intellectual curiosity, and theability to quickly learn new subject matter are key.
