Job summary

A national litigation firm in Dallas is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its defense group. You will handle a docket across state and federal court, drafting pleadings, motions, and coordinating with experts while actively participating in depositions, hearings and mediations.

You will work with experienced attorneys and clients to build your practice, with hybrid schedules that support heavy workload and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal court.

A national litigation firm with over 100 attorneys across the country is looking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its Dallas office.

You’ll be joining a general liability and casualty defense group that represents Fortune 500 clients across energy, construction, manufacturing, transportation, and insurance industries.

You’ll manage your own caseload from intake through resolution, in both state and federal court. That means drafting pleadings and motions, coordinating with expert witnesses, attending depositions, hearings and mediations, and getting real trial preparation and attendance under your belt.

You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on substantive matters, with genuine opportunities to develop your practice early rather than waiting years for responsibility to trickle down.
