Job summary

Frontline Source Group clients seek a Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas to manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings and participating in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial prep.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an accredited law school, are admitted to the Texas bar, and have 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience with strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Approximately 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling business disputes, contract litigation, commercial real estate, or other complex civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys while progressively assuming greater responsibility for client matters.

Our client has an opening for a Litigation Associate Attorney for their highly respected boutique law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful courtroom experience, direct mentorship from experienced trial lawyers, and a long-term career with a collaborative litigation practice. This firm represents businesses, commercial property owners, developers, investors, and other organizations in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Associates work closely with partners from the outset, receive substantial client interaction, and are encouraged to take ownership of their cases.

• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously
• Desire to continue developing as a trial attorney within a collaborative environment

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Additional incentive compensation for originating new client relationships. Reasonable billable expectation of approximately 150 billable hours per month. Comprehensive benefits package including 401k employer contributions.
