Position: Civil Litigation / Healthcare Defense Associate

Salary: $135,000 - $200,000+ (based on experience)

The Role

• Handle a variety of civil defense litigation with a focus on healthcare and medical malpractice cases.

• Work with experienced trial attorneys who are committed to developing and promoting their team.

Salary & Perks

• Competitive base salary: $135,000 - $200,000+ depending on level
• Quarterly bonuses: $75/hour for all billables over 1,900 annually (calculated quarterly, not cumulative)
• Billables: 1,900 minimum annually (~158 hours/month)
