CyberCoders seeks a Healthcare Litigation Associate licensed in California for a fully remote opportunity. This role offers sophisticated litigation work, direct client interaction, and long-term career development within a leading healthcare-focused practice.

You will handle matters across hospitals, health systems, and healthcare providers, with responsibilities spanning pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, while benefiting from mentorship and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong motion practice, discovery, deposition, and legal writing skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with complex commercial, healthcare, regulatory, investigations, or related litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written work product.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in witness preparation.
• Assist with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys across litigation, regulatory, investigations, compliance, and transactional practices.
• Manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Healthcare Litigation Associate - California (Remote)

A nationally recognized healthcare law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing California practice. This is a fully remote opportunity offering sophisticated litigation work, direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and long-term career development within one of the most complex and rapidly evolving sectors of the economy.

The practice represents hospitals, health systems, physician groups, medical practices, post-acute care providers, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, and emerging healthcare companies in complex litigation, regulatory disputes, investigations, and other high-stakes matters. Prior healthcare litigation experience is not required. Attorneys with strong litigation backgrounds and an interest in healthcare law are encouraged to apply.
