Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Provide effective counsel in defense of civil disputes in SC.
• Handle diverse cases for retail and hospitality clients.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver legal solutions.
• Contribute to firm growth and SC expansion.
• Write reports and develop budgets.

• Minimum of 3 years of civil defense experience with a demonstrated track record defending civil matters.
