Jobot in Austin is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Texas litigation team. This role targets a Texas-licensed litigator with 6-8 years of experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability, or related civil matters.

You will work closely with partners, handle depositions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations, and contribute to case strategy. The position offers a competitive salary and a collaborative, professional environment.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Approximately 6-8 years of litigation experience.
• Background in medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability, or general civil defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• State and federal court experience preferred.
• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

Compensation starts at approximately $140,000 and is commensurate with experience and prevailing market rates.
