Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a proven track record.
• Strong legal writing and analysis skills.
• Experience in trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Present oral arguments in court hearings and cross-examine witnesses.
• Develop case strategy with team members and clients.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide case updates.
• Stay abreast of current legal developments and changes in law affecting cases.

Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are looking to further their career in the legal industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, providing in-depth legal advice, and preparing compelling legal documents. The Litigation Attorney will be expected to handle all aspects of a case from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
