About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0.5-4 years of experience to gain hands‑on exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced personal injury practice. You will work closely with senior attorneys and have the opportunity to take ownership of cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Assist with trial preparation and, as experience grows, participate in trial proceedings

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• 0-4 years of experience (personal injury experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
