Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including case preparation and client management


• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs


• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and trial preparation


• Assist senior attorneys with depositions, discovery, and trial preparation


• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials


• Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings


• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed


• Provide high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
