Salary: $100,000 - 150,000, Annually, Depending on Experience

We are seeking an adaptable and highly detail-oriented Associate Attorney who is either experienced in or highly interested in a career within trusts and estates. Responsibilities
  • Design comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and circumstances
  • Review estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and provide guidance
  • Meet with clients regarding their estate administration matters
  • Review probate documents, inheritance tax returns, family settlement agreements and other estate administration documents
Requirements
  • A JD degree and an active bar license in Pennsylvania
  • 2+ years as an Associate Attorney, including client-facing experience
  • A superb work ethic with a go-getter personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and identify issues
  • Highly adaptable to new firm systems, workflows, and a new area of law
Bonus Experience
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Excel, Lackner, and/or Lawmatics
  • Experience using WealthCounsel for estate planning documents
