As an Associate Attorney, you'll spend most of your time on the phone with clients and insurance adjusters, skillfully negotiating settlements for personal injury claims. A significant part of your role involves our internal continuing legal education programs to enhance your legal knowledge and practical skills in personal injury law.

You don't need legal experience to start with us.

You Do Need

• a South Carolina law license;
• comfort and confidence in handling phone conversations (reluctance to talk on the phone may not be suitable);
• a solid work ethic; and
• a burning desire for unlimited growth.

If this sounds like you, we would like to discuss an entry-level position. You will start as an Associate Attorney, negotiating settlements mainly for motor vehicle wrecks with lower medical bills, learning negotiation, case building, expectation setting, and client management. The pay is $65,000 annually plus benefits and discretionary bonuses.

Your Future

All attorneys are reviewed every six months. After your second review, you can move up to Senior Associate Attorney, handling bigger cases and earning bonuses. A successful Senior Associate can earn over $100,000 annually plus benefits. After a year as a Senior Associate, you can be promoted to Trial Counsel (more details during the interview).
