Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled attorney licensed in the state of Georgia to join our dynamic legal team. This remote position provides an opportunity to work on diverse legal matters while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ethical legal practice, excellent research and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in accordance with Georgia law.

·Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.

·Advise clients on legal rights and obligations

·Attend hearings and trials in Georgia Superior, State and Magistrate Court.

·Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely resolution of legal matters.

·Maintain the highest ethical standards and professionalism in all client interactions.

·Stay current with changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.

·Collaborate with colleagues in a remote team environment using digital communication tools.

Qualifications:

·Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
