Job description

Real Estate firm looking for a bright and motivated attorney, licensed in Arkansas. A dual license in Tennessee / Mississippi is a PLUS. The position is fully remote from the Arkansas / Tennessee area. Candidates should have experience with reviewing titles and real estate compliance issues. This is an entry-level position, but candidates with experience reviewing and clearing title matters will be considered. This role offers great stability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  1. Ensure deadlines for GA, TN, AL, AR, and MS are met.
  2. Review title reports and perform title curative measures.
  3. Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  4. Assist other departments with questions regarding foreclosure and title law.
  5. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
  6. Draft deeds and other documents.
