A growing law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience, including at least 2+ years in litigation. Responsibilities include assisting lead attorneys with all aspects of litigation, drafting documents, managing databases, and court presentations. The annual salary ranges from $150k to $180k with full benefits, including medical and dental, as well as a flexible work schedule and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-6 years of experience in legal practice.
• At least 2+ years of litigation experience is required.
• Admitted to practice law in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead attorneys in litigation processes.
• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Manage large document databases and production.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Present motions and arguments in court.

We are a growing firm, looking for a Associate Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 3-6 years of experience, with previous 2+ years of litigation experience.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pittsburgh

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead attorneys in handling all aspects of litigation, including: research, writing, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Drafting and answering discovery requests and discovery responses
• Participating in, or administering large document database management, review and coding, and document production when needed on complex cases
• Preparing for, taking and/or participating in depositions
• Presenting motions and arguments in court

The annual salary for this position is between 150k-180k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
