The role requires 3–7 years in commercial and real estate litigation, including contract/lease disputes, development disputes, and landlord-tenant matters, with strong research and writing skills; this full-time hybrid position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $180,000.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in real estate litigation including contract/lease disputes.
• Experience with purchase/sale and development disputes.
• Construction-related litigation experience.
• Experience with title, easements, restrictive covenants, or similar issues.
• Landlord-tenant litigation in a commercial context.
• Excellent legal research and writing with strong attention to detail.

Experience we’re looking for

• 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience (flexible depending on overall fit)


• Demonstrated experience in real estate litigation, which may include:


• Contract and lease disputes


• Purchase/sale and development disputes


• Construction-related litigation


• Title, easements, restrictive covenants, or similar issues


• Landlord-tenant litigation in a commercial context


• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail

This role is full-time and Hybrid. The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 – $180,000 (Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
