• Oversee litigation as National Coordinating Counsel in conferring with and strategizing with local attorneys throughout the country
• Synthesize information in preparation of reporting to the client both as to the status and in settlement authority requests
• Draft discovery responses and motions
• Review and assessment of motions drafted in other jurisdictions
• Draft pleadings
