Job description

Multi-practice, fast-growing law firm with more than 14 locations throughout Florida and the United States is looking for an ambitious and motivated General Liability Associate Attorney.

This associate position will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and providing legal representation to our clients. Being admitted to practice to in New York and New Jersey is a plus. This position offers a fully remote work option.

This new Attorney will have their own files and work closely with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy and provide excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in defending clients in a variety of litigation matters, including New York Employment Labor Law.

Qualifications:

  • Jurisdoctorate.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of practice experience
  • Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, researching skills, problem-solving, strong organizational and time-management skills
