Job description

Our small boutique music law firm seeks a part-time hourly consulting attorney with a minimum of 5 years of law firm experience in transactional music law. This position is currently for overflow work, with significant growth potential. The firm’s managing partner has been practicing for over 20 years in the music field, representing artists, bands, labels, publishers, producers, managers, TV/film licensing companies, and other music-related startups.

Applicants must be proficient in redlining and drafting all manners of music industry agreements, with the ability to work independently. Experience in corporate or IP law is a plus. The position is part-time/hourly and may be project-based, with work-from-home flexibility and occasional in-person meetings. Candidates must be based in the Tri-State area. Compensation depends on experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking part-time, remote work with growth opportunities.
