Job summary

Orion Placement in Miami seeks an experienced litigation attorney to develop and execute strategy on complex commercial disputes, with direct client interaction.

You will draft pleadings, take depositions, argue motions, and guide cases from start to resolution while joining a tight-knit team that values excellence.

Active Florida Bar and 3+ years of relevant experience are required; on-site work with meaningful responsibility and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and discovery.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs.
• Argue motions and appear in court when appropriate.
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
• Manage discovery, including disputes and motion practice.
• Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex litigation matters.

Location
