• Ability to draft high-quality briefs and motions on condensed timeframes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, courts, and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare case strategies and provide legal advice under supervision.
• Participate in negotiating settlements and client meetings.
• Prepare for hearings and coordinate with courts and opposing counsel.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
