We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team and are open to candidates at the Mid-Level Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Of Counsel level, depending on experience and qualifications.
Our practice is focused exclusively on sophisticated business litigation. We are looking for attorneys whose experience is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, banking and financial services litigation, and other high stakes commercial matters.
Our attorneys routinely litigate against large regional and national law firms, so we are looking for someone who is intellectually sharp, confident, and capable of handling sophisticated, high stakes litigation with minimal supervision.
This is an in-office position based in our Coral Gables office. Our litigation team has a collaborative, in-person culture, and candidates should expect to work primarily from the office. Once an attorney is fully integrated into the firm, we are open to a hybrid schedule of one to two remote days per week, as appropriate.
Because we are open to hiring at multiple levels, compensation will vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the level at which they would join the firm. Accordingly, it is critical that all candidate submissions include current compensation, salary expectations, and any other relevant compensation considerations so we can evaluate fit early in the process.
