Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal proceedings, including pleadings, investigations, depositions, and insurance, with a particular emphasis on Bid Protest Investigations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal issues, contribute to our team's success, and further develop your legal career.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conducting thorough and detailed investigations related to legal matters.
• Representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Providing legal counsel on insurance matters, including policy interpretation, claim handling, and dispute resolution.
• Leading Bid Protest Investigations, including analyzing procurement documents, preparing protest grounds, and representing clients before government agencies.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Staying updated on current laws, court decisions, and industry trends to provide informed legal advice.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a proven track record in pleadings, investigations, depositions, and insurance.
• Demonstrated experience in Bid Protest Investigations.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal information.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
