DiPasquale Moore in Kansas City is seeking an attorney to manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload and advance cases toward resolution. You’ll build client relationships, negotiate with insurers, and draft demand letters and settlements, with dedicated support staff backing you.

The role offers uncapped origination pay from day one, quarterly bonuses, and full benefits. This is a contingency practice with no hourly billing, providing a long-term, growth-focused career path.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a Kansas Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity).
• Organized and self-directed approach to a high-volume caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with legal technology and case management platforms.
• Preferred: at least one year of personal injury experience.
• Preferred: client-first orientation and understanding of how a case outcome affects someone’s life.

Compensation: $115,000 – $170,000 (Base + Quarterly Performance Bonus) High performers regularly earn above this range, and total compensation has no ceiling.

This role is based in our Kansas City office. You'll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload — building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution — while dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on law.

• Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the St. Louis office

What We're Looking For

Required

• Eligibility to obtain an Kansas Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
