Stelton Consulting in Kansas City, MO seeks an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of legal practice to develop case strategies and negotiate with insurance carriers. You will manage cases through pre-litigation and/or litigation while communicating with clients and coordinating with support staff.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation, case-management skills and a client-focused approach, with Missouri and/or Kansas Bar licensure.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri and/or Kansas Bar license; admission to both states preferred.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Experience handling claims through pre-litigation and/or litigation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and case-management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and client-focused approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
