Associate Attorneys are responsible for judicial foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy defense, and title matters, representing assigned financial institution clients with loss mitigation and asset recovery services.
The ideal candidate possesses some knowledge of bankruptcy and how it affects a foreclosure/eviction proceeding, but is not required to have existing experience practicing bankruptcy law.
Associate Attorneys are responsible for representing the firm professionally through timeliness and compliant processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with an average of 40 hours per week. The position offers hybrid schedule flexibility, conditional upon satisfactory completion of the 90-day onboarding period and ongoing business needs.The position may require extended hours and flexible availability outside of the regular business schedule.
