Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• 5+ years of real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, collections, or creditors' rights experience.
• Familiarity with Minnesota court procedures and filing requirements.
• Experience with CaseAware or similar case management system preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare filings and notices related to foreclosure and bankruptcy.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Perform legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Review court alerts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and external vendors.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

• Draft and prepare legal documents for court filing, including FDCPA Letters, Demand Letters, Notices of Sale, and Sheriff's Deeds.
• Represent client interests and provide strategic legal counsel on various issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Review court alerts and provide compliance guidance promptly.
• Work cross-functionally with attorneys, legal assistants, support staff, and external vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school.
• Minnesota licensed attorney.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, collections, or creditors' rights.
