The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to client service. Ohio bar admission and 1+ year experience are preferred, and ability to collaborate across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school is required.
• Admission to the State Bar of Ohio in good standing is required.
• Admission to Indiana or Kentucky Bar is a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, or creditors' rights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents for court proceedings (e.g., FDCPA letters, notices of sale).
• Represent client interests and provide strategic counsel to staff and clients.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Review court alerts and ensure timely compliance guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and external vendors.
