UpCore Solutions seeks a seasoned trust and estate litigator in California to join our team with growing autonomy and leadership within the group.

You will represent seniors and families in financial elder abuse litigation and work with trustees, executors, and beneficiaries on probate matters. Collaboration with senior attorneys on strategy, research, briefing, and trial preparation is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of trust and estate litigation experience
• Active membership in the State Bar of California (in good standing)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and desire to grow into a leadership role within the group
• Excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality among bench and bar

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive trust and estate litigation matters with increasing autonomy and responsibility
• Represent senior citizens and their families in financial elder abuse litigation
• Represent trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in trust and probate litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, research, briefing, and trial preparation
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
• Develop client relationships and communication skills through direct client interaction
