Duties:

1. Conduct a thorough review of case prerequisites, including loan agreements, financial records, and demand letters.
2. Draft and examine pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence to support case filings.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
4. Maintain comprehensive case documentation, ensuring all internal records are accurate and up to date.
5. Uphold strict confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal matters.
6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws concerning foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.
