What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and support to team members across multiple urgent care centers.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture.

• Partner with clinical, training, HR, and operational leaders to support staffing, development, and organizational initiatives.
• Coach team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Address patient and employee concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
• Drive operational consistency, process improvement, and service excellence across assigned centers.
• Maintain a regular presence at both locations and support occasional evening or weekend business needs.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience leading and developing teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify trends.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in urgent care, outpatient healthcare, ambulatory care, or other high‑volume clinical environments.
• Prior experience overseeing multiple locations, departments, or teams.
• Experience supporting performance improvement, compliance, accreditation, or regulatory initiatives.
