Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Manager of Client Compensation in Fort Mill, SC to lead a 10–12 person team delivering timely information to advisors and staff. You will drive programs and partner with Business Consulting, Product Managers, Compliance, and Finance to align efforts and improve processes.

The role requires 5+ years leading others and a Series 99 license (within 90 days if needed). You will mentor staff and influence cross-functional teams to enhance the advisor experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing others.
• Proficiency with Series 99 license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Ability to partner with multiple internal teams to drive advisor experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–12 to support advisors and staff via phone, email, and file processing.
• Drive strategic and tactical department programs and motivate the team to deliver timely, accurate information.
• Consult with business partners to address issues and ensure alignment across Client Compensation Operations.
• Map out plans for department operations and oversee training and knowledge sharing.
