Job summary

Nimble Robotics is hiring an Associate, Business Operations (AI Tooling) to build and maintain internal tools that streamline capacity planning, forecasting, pricing, billing and KPI reporting across engineering, finance and supply chain.

You will work with AI coding agents like Claude Code to automate manual tasks, deliver analytics, and drive decision making. Travel to warehouses in TX/NJ is expected a few times a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred; Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field also considered
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, data/analytics, solutions engineering, or a technical business operations role
• Understanding of software structure (data types, APIs, databases, version control); comfortable using AI coding tools
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (prompting, tool calling, structured outputs)
• Strong analytical skills and good business judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining technical topics to operations teams and executives

Responsibilities

• Work with non-engineering teams to identify manual work and replace it with tools
• Build and maintain internal tools for capacity planning, forecasting, pricing, billing, sourcing and KPI reporting
• Build Slack bots and assistants that use warehouse, robot and financial data
• Support tools after launch: fix issues, help users, and follow up on usage
• Define and monitor KPIs and ensure data accuracy and compliance
