ITS Logistics is forming an AI team to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions used across a $6B business. You will build real tools with direct visibility to senior leadership and fast growth potential as an Associate on the AI team.

Qualifications

Build working software with modern AI tools and can show it.
Technically self-sufficient on fundamentals and capable of solving problems independently.
Exposure to AI concepts and tooling, including LLMs, agents, retrieval systems or data and SQL.
Awareness of security fundamentals and prudent data handling.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered tools and automations alongside business users.
Own quality of builds including usability and documentation.
Adhere to enterprise standards for architecture, security and design.
Partner with floor teams to identify real pain points.
Contribute to ROI justification for projects.
Ship quickly and iterate based on real feedback; expect to contribute in first week.
