Job summary

Deloitte seeks an AI Solution and Architecture professional to help design and deliver enterprise-grade architectures across software, data, and AI platforms. You will work with hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless, and AI tooling to accelerate client digital programs.

You will lead small teams, translate business needs into technical designs, and ensure secure, scalable implementations. On-site work with up to 50% travel nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or engineering with strong development foundation (Java or .NET) and full‑stack experience.
• 4+ years as a Solution Architect focusing on production-scale app development.
• 4+ years guiding delivery teams; liaison between stakeholders and engineers.
• 4+ years on large-scale engagements as a Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience leading small on/offshore teams.
• 1+ years delivering production-grade AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, automation).
• Hands-on Python and/or modern full-stack capability.
• End-to-end solution architecture with integration patterns and data flows.
• On-site technical delivery, translating business requirements into design.
• Deep AI/ML knowledge including LLMs for enterprise use.
• Hyperscaler tools proficiency; certification required.
• Experience with MVP/MVC patterns and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and OpenAI/OpenAI APIs.
• Master’s degree preferred; strong Java/Python/.NET skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade application architectures with production-scale scalability.
• Assist in cloud-native design on AWS/Azure/GCP; utilize Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, managed DB; leverage GenAI tools.
• Manage and deliver components of client engagements for large enterprises.
• Lead small teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and training; define support procedures.
• Assist in architecture design, assessment, and optimization; document new architectures.
• Review key attributes of existing architectures and recommend improvements.
