Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering.
• 4+ years as a Solution Architect with production-scale work.
• Hands-on guidance to delivery teams, design reviews, and liaison between stakeholders and engineers.
• 4+ years on large-scale engagements in industry or consulting.
• Hands-on experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience leading small on/offshore teams.
• 1+ years designing and delivering AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI workflows).
• CI/CD experience and DevSecOps with cloud builds or GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade applications and platforms with production scalability.
• Design and deploy applications using Cloud Native principles on hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Assist in managing client engagements to deliver technology and business solutions.
• Lead small teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support procedures.
• Assess and optimize existing application architectures and propose improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end solution architecture across data and integration layers.
