Job description

Ready to take the next step in affiliate marketing? Join Tradedoubler North America and manage your own portfolio of tier two clients across the US and Canada. You are responsible for increasing our client’s revenue and gross profit by connecting them to all relevant and market leading affiliates. You are responsible for both short- and long-term strategic planning; ensuring our clients achieve optimum performance and results through our performance marketing services. Commercial awareness, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to identify and drive business development opportunities are some of the key skills that we are looking for in this role.

This role is for you if:

You are able to handle pressure, you are willing to learn and to grow in our organisation, you retain information quickly and you can come up with solutions in a timely manner when facing challenges. You are proactive and have strong analytical skills. You are also good at building relationships and enjoy planning strategies to support clients to improve their performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and performance
    • Be the main contact for your accounts, building trusted relationships with clients and publishers through regular communication and quarterly business reviews.
    • Analyse account and market performance, turning data into clear recommendations and optimisation plans and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
    • Proactively identify and develop commercial growth opportunities across publishers, audiences, products, and seasonal campaigns, bringing relevant publisher opportunities into your accounts.
    • Turn client priorities and recommendations into clear actions. Take ownership and follow through to completion. Ensure consistent delivery against SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Think Commercially
    • Take ownership of budgets, performance, reporting and overall account development.
    • Move things forward without waiting to be told what to do. Connect the dots, spot opportunities and understand where to focus for the biggest impact.
    • Act promptly when programs underperform and test new approaches to improve results.
    • Lead key operational activities, including campaign setup, banner uploads, invoicing and documentation.
    • Test, learn and adapt: propose new approaches, measure their impact and use the results to shape the next action.
    • Share insights, learnings and best practices across regions to leverage international synergies.
What you’ll bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, and a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field. We value your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • An interest in affiliate marketing, with the curiosity to learn quickly and adapt as client needs change.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, confident presentation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, publishers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills: you can turn performance data into practical recommendations and use commercial judgment to spot growth opportunities.
  • Good organization and time management. You can work under pressure and follow through on commitments. Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing focus on what will have the biggest impact.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems, openness to trying new ideas and the resilience to learn when something doesn’t work. You’re comfortable working independently and know when to involve others.
  • A working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and CRM systems, and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Enthusiastic and confident with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellence in building relationships and working with different teams, publishers and clients
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
What do we offer?
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Reasonable unlimited PTO policy
  • Parental leave
  • Complimentary office refreshments
