Anoka County Community Social Services and Behavioral Health is committed to meeting people's needs through quality services. The department has an immediate opening for an Associate Administrative Assistant who will perform various duties. In this position, you’ll provide centralized control and management for the department's operational and secretarial needs. Some of the critical responsibilities include general office management, such as record keeping, data entry, purchasing and financial activities, clerical and secretarial support, and coordinating special projects.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position. Interviews will take place in the week of September 28, 2026, for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 26: $45,177 to $60,964 ($21.72 to $29.31 per hour).
24-days of paid flexible time off and up to 12.5 paid holidays.

Expected work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
