Job summary

Droisys is hiring in Las Vegas, NV. This is a fantastic role for someone early in their career or someone looking to switch to a new industry. You’ll support managers, and clients in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while keeping clients updated. You can expect a mix of recruiting work and client-facing tasks.

What You’ll Do

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, client support, call center, or related work (internships count).
• Interest in tech and recruiting for IT, software, and engineering roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who’s open to feedback and wants long-term growth.
• Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
