Job summary

Integratedcooling seeks an Associate Account Manager to maintain and grow existing client relationships in the Washington DC area, with hybrid work and travel. You will support enterprise sales, lead water management initiatives, and collaborate across regional and corporate teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes client retention, contract renewals, and data-driven insights using PowerBI to identify opportunities and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; STEM preferred but not required.
• Direct experience with our sales processes and markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ to work with regional and ES sales teams and client counterparts.
• Solid understanding of service delivery processes (PASL, PhiAnalytics, Operations, etc.).
• Knowledge of the client life cycle and timing for introducing new products/services.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement via structured training led by the Senior Director of Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow existing client relationships within the region to ensure retention and expansion.
• Support enterprise sales, including retention of existing enterprise accounts and pursuing new opportunities.
• Lead or support Water Management Program development and delivery with regional and corporate teams.
• Utilize PowerBI and other analytics tools to inform decision-making and track client metrics.
• Deliver WMP documentation and facilitate Water Management Team meetings, ensuring on-time delivery and defensible documentation.
