Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Account Managers with client projects, reporting, and administrative tasks across large or complex portfolios.
• Manage a small, independent portfolio of lower-complexity clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring service needs are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Support client communication through meeting prep, follow-ups, email correspondence, and documentation.
• Track client issues and requests, ensuring resolution and proper internal routing.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and surface insights to help drive informed decision-making.
• Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate, ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Develop a foundational understanding of Conservice solutions and client business needs.
