Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Associate Account Manager for the Business Insurance Select team. You will support client service needs, prepare endorsements, certificates, audits, and applications, and ensure prompt, detail-oriented responses to client requests.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of insurance experience, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

• 3 years insurance experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
• Experience working with EPIC

As our Associate Account Manager on the Business Insurance Select team, you will provide support to the team by meeting the service needs of our clients. Prompt replies and attention to detail are essential skills necessary in preparing endorsements, certificates, audits, applications, etc.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma
• 3 years insurance experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $41,200 to $76,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
